Progress and Attainment Leader (KS3/4) – Religious Education and Social Studies MPS & TLR (£4225)

The governors of this over-subscribed and successful Catholic high school wish to appoint a Key Stage 3 & 4 Progress and Attainment Leader for Religious Education. The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team within Religious Education & Social Studies (comprising the Head of Faculty, two Progress and Attainment Leaders and an AST).
The purpose of the role is to ensure each student within Key Stages 3 and 4 make as much progress as possible. This is to be achieved through the setting and maintenance of the highest standards, the effective monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning and the clear assessment and tracking of student progress.
The post provides an outstanding opportunity for a committed and dynamic teacher of Religious Education to take on the challenge of their first leadership post within a supportive faculty.
